Open Studio Happy Hour

Step into the flow of movement, connection, and creativity at our Open Studio Happy Hour! This is a free, open hour of studio time for folks ages 18+ who are looking to celebrate dance as a shared experience. Whether you’re looking to move, stretch, release energy, or just be present with others in a fun, uninhibited way, this jam session is for you. It’s about being fully in the moment, finding joy in the movement, and fostering community and creativity through the shared experience of dance.

In this space, there are no choreographed routines—just the freedom to move, groove, and explore the body’s natural rhythm in the moment.  You don’t need any experience, and you don’t need to be a trained dancer. Bring your body, your curiosity, and your willingness to connect with others through the pure joy of improvisation. Let’s dance!
