Teaching Artist: Robin Cantrell with Dance Again

Oil up your joints and lift your spirits with some ballet warm ups and choreography. Combining beginner/intermediate level classical ballet barre and simple, adaptable choreography with an emphasis on self-expression. Creaky joints and cranky bodies are welcomed!

Note: For this class, it’s helpful to have some experience with ballet (even if it was many many years ago!) but we do our best to go at a pace that works for both beginners and rusty non-beginners. If you’re a total newbie to ballet, consider trying our “ballet breakdown” online course first – youcandanceagain.com/courses – and please mention to the teacher that you are a newbie before class starts so that they can best guide you!
