Brooklyn Music School believes that a healthy arts community contributes to the overall mental and physical well-being of the borough and fosters strong community connections. This is why we are proud to offer sound bath experiences every 3rd Sunday!
Immerse yourself in sound and meditation; emerge feeling renewed! During BMS 3rd Sunday Sound Baths participants experience the soothing sounds of resonant instruments which help to calm the nervous system and align your body and mind. These offerings are an ideal way to end the weekend and to start a new week.
