BMP’s flagship program for early-career composers, BMP: NEXTGEN is a competition designed to empower and inspire the next wave of visionary composers, singers, and artists.
This year’s finalists, Harriet Steinke & Anuj Bhutani, will present their works May 16th & 17th for BMP:NEXTGEN3, Final Round. One finalist is ultimately awarded a commission from BMP for the development and world premiere of a full-length opera. The winner will be announced immediately following the show May 17th.
